Site Visits

Is your clinic or organisation located in Canberra?

The Exotic Animal Vet offers site visits to help train your staff or to conduct health exams on your animal collection.

We are trained in a wide variety of species such as birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and small mammals like rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats and mice, and also cater to wildlife groups.

Price transparency

Here at The Exotic Animal Vet, we value transparency. We have no hidden costs and all our prices can be accessed on our website.

For phone calls and emails, we charge a fee of $70. This fee is charged per case, rather than per call or email, so we can support you through each patient.

For in-person support, we charge a call-in fee of $340, and a hourly fee of $65 once on-site. We perform physical exams, assist with diagnostic interpretation and surgery, and run workshops in a variety of topics such as exotic animal anaesthesia, wildlife care and rehabilitation and exotic animal emergencies and triage.
