The Exotic Animal Vets offers a variety of ways you can enjoy our services. We can provide case advice over the phone, email or offer in-person support for clinics in the Canberra region.
Email support $30
Sometimes it’s nicer to have things in writing. You can refer back to it and keep a record of your patients and cases. The Exotic Animal Vet offers email support at just $30 per case. We don’t charge per email, so you can rely on us to support you through those complex cases.
Call us $50
Need advice ASAP? The Exotic Animal Vet can provide case advice over the phone for just $50. Even better, we charge by the case, not per call, so you can contact us as a case develops.
In-person support $340
If your clinic resides in the A.C.T, The Exotic Animal Vet also offers an after-hours call-in service between 7pm-12am, seven days a week. We charge a flat fee of $340, which you can then choose to pass onto the client. Once we arrive, we will use your facilities and medications, which can be charged to the client as you normally would.
